Our workshop facilities enable the cutting, edging and multihole drilling of panels for the production of our rigid furniture units. The materials used for our unit carcases is 18mm high quality melamine faced boards (MFC), with 8mm solid back panels. In most cases the carcases are made to coordinate the unit fascia, although contrasting finishes are an option if you prefer. Special or non-standard units to accommodate individual requirements present no problem. Our standard drawers feature the superb "soft close" mechanisms, whilst door hinges also incorporate a similar feature. Our units are solid and robust, and designed to provide many years service. They are properly built prior to delivery.
We have extensive experience in the fabrication of "Getacore" solid surface worktops.
For the DIY project, we offer to supply panels cut and edged to size, and we will even help you with your design ideas and preparation of the cutting list. Our advice is free.
Additionally our workshop provides a vital back up service to our fitters, whilst installation work is in progress.
