The installation of a fitted kitchen (or other project), is a skilled operation and requires considerable planning if the work is to proceed smoothly and efficiently. We have broken down the requirements that cover most aspects of installation work, into over 60 standard operations. From this structure we are able to build up a fair system of costing and of estimating the approximate the time scale for the job. With our quotations for complete jobs, we provide a full Installation Schedule to list all the aspects that are costed for, and (importantly) all those aspects that are not included. These codes enable the fitter to know the extent of the work requirements. In addition the fitter (s) have the ready back up of our own workshops.
As soon as possible after receiving your order we will arrange for a Pre-Installation Survey to be carried out by our Works Manager. This is our "belt & braces" approach that is designed to intercept any potential problems well in advance of starting work, and to give the maximum time to resolve. Any variations necessary at this time will be discussed with you.
We appreciate that some customers may be apprehensive about having strangers working in their home. We would like to re-assure you that our staff (we do not use sub contractors), are completely trustworthy and of the highest integrity. They will respect your home; you will be completely comfortable with them.
